I'm Alexander Kaufman, a Senior Account Manager based in Washington, D.C., working across mobility, transportation, parking, and client-driven growth.

What I do

I've spent the last several years on the client side of mobility companies.

I currently work at Arrive, where I manage retention, transformation, and growth for ParkMobile clients across the U.S. Capitol Region. Before that, at Via, I supported a portfolio of over 30 mobility and transit partners and oversaw onboarding for the company's U.S. autonomous vehicle partnerships. My work sits where a good product meets a real client relationship — understanding what a partner needs, and making sure they get it.

Earlier on, I worked in healthcare at Vanda Pharmaceuticals, managing patient relationships and insurance navigation, and started my career at Apple as a Product Specialist. Across all of it, the common thread has been the same: understanding people, translating that into something a business can act on, and following through.
